I am a certified professional licensed inspector. Internachi and AHIT graduate. Inspecting residential structures for buyers and agents.
By using ladders, binoculars,camera and electronic devices (moisture and electric detectors).
Observing the various home systems such as the roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, foundations, crawlspaces, basements and decks etc ...
With limitations in mind I walk roofs,enter attics and crawlspaces. Looking for structural defects,safety concerns,wind,water, moisture intrusion which can cause various health and safety issues.
My goal is to help the client know that a home inspection is not a pass or fail. Keeping up with general routine maintenance around the house can help the safety and longevity of the home and property.Hiring a licensed professional home inspector is a best way for preventative maintenance.
